Nuno Fernandes

Nuno leads global enterprise business at Bool, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT industry to the role. His work spans sales leadership, commercial alliances, and strategic partnerships — always in service of the broader group's growth. What drives him is the intersection of technology and impact: finding the right collaborations, building the right relationships, and making sure Bool and CodeForAll continue to scale in ways that genuinely matter.

Francisco Silva

Partner & Head of Delivery

Francisco designs and builds applications end to end — infrastructure, data, logic, UI. He gets his hands dirty across the full stack, and after years of doing it, he knows exactly where the real problems hide. Since 2019, he's also been a certified trainer, delivering everything from beginner courses to deep technical tracks. For Francisco, teaching isn't a side gig — it's how he stress-tests what he actually knows. His real obsession is infrastructure and automation: pipelines, environments, deployment strategies. If something can be automated, he'll build the automation. Every time.

Tiago Vasco

Head of AI & Open Source

Tiago leads Bool's AI and Open Source practice, helping companies put agentic AI to work in the real, messy part of building software — not just the demo. He's been at Bool for six years, moving from low-code engineer to Tech Lead to Engagement Manager before taking on the AI practice in 2025. He also co-created Blueprint, an AI-driven requirements accelerator that turns fuzzy ideas into specs people can actually build from — because most software projects don't fail at building. They fail at agreeing on what they're building.

Nuno Costa

Head of Mendix

Nuno has spent over 20 years embedded in development teams, growing his skills across the breadth of IT. He's always been drawn to the human side of technology — interactivity, ergonomics, usability — and what it takes to create experiences that actually work for people. For the past five years, he's gone deep on Mendix, with a particular focus on architecture. He prepares and mentors Mendix teams, delivers training, speaks at industry events, and provides hands-on support across projects.

Filipe Serra

Head of Power Platform

Filipe has over 15 years of experience architecting technical solutions for high-stakes projects at companies like Siemens and Barclays Bank. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, he now leads Bool's Power Platform unit, specializing in solution architecture across the Microsoft Business Applications stack, including Dynamics 365. His central focus is the practical application of LLMs and generative AI, driven by the challenge of building the next generation of quality, high-speed workflows.

Carolina Pedreira

Head of Operations

Carolina holds a Master's in Information Management from NOVA IMS and started her career in retail before joining Bool — her first experience in a tech company. It turned out to be the perfect fit. She found her footing in Operations, a space where she could bring together her passion for processes, data analysis, and building smarter ways of working. Her focus is on making things run better, with real impact on both the business and the people in it.

Sara Sousa

Head of People

Sara approaches leadership by reverse-engineering excellence, constantly asking what a team requires to move beyond functional and become truly great. As Head of People at Bool, this singular focus defines her strategy for talent acquisition and professional development. With nearly a decade of experience navigating people operations and recruitment within the tech sector, she has developed a sharp intuition for identifying talent that elevates the collective. For Sara, the right hire does more than execute a role—they accelerate decision-making and expand the team's overall ambition. Her work is centered on cultivating a high-performance culture where people challenge one another to consistently redefine the standard of success.

Teresa Silva

Head of Finance

Teresa leads Finance across the Code For All group, bringing ten years of corporate finance experience to the role. She's worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance, at TAP Air Portugal in Financial Planning & Analysis, and as Financial Director at Ōner Travel. She holds a degree in Economics and a Master's in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a reputation for bringing rigour and clarity to complex financial environments.
