The Challenge

Our client needed to keep track of all returns, complaints, transfers and direct deliveries between outposts and all their inherent processes for auditory purposes. For that reason it was essential to improve and maintain inventory consistency among different levels of the chain.

Our Goals

Our main goal was to reduce paperwork and the time dedicated to the streamlined processes and develop an easy way for the team to keep track of changes in inventory.

Our Solution

We developed a solution where it was possible to receive data from different sets (service or direct upload) and automatically detect inconsistencies, correct them and/or present them to stakeholders. The process is entirely logged and the issues can be detected and targeted.
