Bool's recruitment department felt the need to invest in building an application that would increase the efficiency of the process, guaranteeing the best candidate experience and meeting defined SLAs for this area.
Our objectives were to build an application that used AI to screen CVs and match them with the criteria previously defined for each area and function. This system aims to enhance the recruitment process by efficiently identifying the most suitable candidates based on the established qualifications and requirements for each position.
The desktop solution was developed using deep learning models, providing an AI application with the support of Outystems technology.
