The Challenge

The client’s financial department needed to manage, easily, a multi step approval flow from requests related to payments from several departments. For that reason, it was important to develop a suitable tracking of the stage for each request.

Our Goals

Our goal was to improve the process for submitting requests by making it simpler and intuitive. Besides mitigating possible data loss, another objective was to provide a live list with the pending action elements for each user.

Our Solution

A form hub was developed to hold the different forms per request. Also a centralized dashboard was created with the adequate permissions for consulting only relevant forms and built a tracking and notification process so all the intervenients could consult each request at each moment.
