The Challenge

The client challenged us to develop a multi department solution capable of handling incidents related with theft in the several sales points to ensure that the adequate legal procedures were kept.

Our Goals

Our mission was to primarily allow the automation and digitalization of the legal procedures and simplifying reports for incidents in the different divisions. Another objective was to aggregate data points related to all processes.

Our Solution

We built an end-to-end solution that manages security in the point of sale so it was possible for the different divisions to report thefts but also for management to track process and consult reports and for the legal department to follow up the individual cases. It was necessary to provide a tracking log to check history and notify users when a relevant change occurs.
